Here are some sweet pictures of Indy's litter from 2015! They are all so grown up :).
Sammy is a handsome boy!
Sammy, from Indy's last litter, went to our neighbor's daughter, who lives is Louisville. We often get to see Sammy when he comes to visit, and he and Indy love to run around and play together. He is such a sweet boy who is loved and spoiled by his human momma.

Here are pictures of Halo! She is such a sweet little girl and very well loved by her family. She has three human siblings and lots of room out in the country to run!
After a grooming!
Apparently, Halo gets to go to lots of baseball games with her family, and everyone loves her. What a sweet, lucky girl!
We'll post more photos and updates on the 2015 litter as we get them, so check back!
After a weekend of speculating and coaxing (mostly by our two-year-old, as seen in the photo above), Indy finally had her puppies!
Pink nose, pink toes
The puppies were born September 18th (and a few in the wee hours of the 19th), 2016. Indy was a great momma the whole time, and Colleen stayed up to make sure everything went well. There are 3 girls and 1 boy in the litter, and so far all they do is sleep, eat, and look adorable. They will be ready to go to homes at around 7-8 weeks old, which will be sometime after November 6th. Check out the pictures, and see the links below and to the left for more information.
Indy's belly is growing and she has started eating ALL the food in the house! We are excitedly preparing for a litter of puppies arriving in just a few weeks. She is getting lots of treats and cuddles from us and the kids.
For those of you eagerly waiting, her due date is Sept. 15. We will do an ultrasound and x-ray soon and will post pictures of the little puppies in utero!
If you are interested in being added to the wait list please let us know soon. We had a few people drop out recently so there are some spots left.
We wanted to post a quick update for all those who are on our wait list! Indy is due to go into heat sometime this month and we are excited for her to have another litter.
She has had a fun winter with several road trips to see her buddy Rosie and visits with some of her past puppies. We are happy to have some lovely spring weather for playtime outside with our girl.
When she goes into heat we will contact all those on our wait list to inform about her due date!
Sorry to those of you who have written asking about the availability of the "last" puppy. She has a family as of a few weeks ago, and is doing wonderfully.
Our plan is to do another litter next summer (2016), and we already have a few people expressing interest and getting on a waiting list, so be sure to let us know at doodlesbyrosie@gmail.com if you'd like to be included. We'll try to email or text anyone who registers interest as soon as we breed Indy again in the spring.
We love getting updates from the puppies and we'll try to post some of them soon, as well as some pictures as they get a little older. They are all doing great from what we've been told!
Four of the five puppies are with their families and doing wonderfully, so there's just one sweet girl left at our house. She is having lots of fun playing with her mom and with our three kids who adore her. From the beginning, she has had one of the sweetest personalities, and she has always been Cason's favorite because she'd just come curl up in his lap while the others were rough-housing.
There has been some interest in her, but nothing concrete yet, so please let us know soon if you are interested or have any questions. You can email doodlesbyrosie@gmail.com or call/text Colleen at 859.209.0261. We really want her in a permanent home relatively soon, so there may be some wiggle room on the usual price.
The last girl
Play hide-n-seek with me?
She has auburn-tinted cream fur with slightly darker ears
The puppies are 8 weeks old now! One has already gone to her new family (Halo, second from the left in the picture below), and the two boys (Beau and Sammy, middle and far right in the picture below) will join their new families this weekend. The two girls (on the far left of the picture below) are still available - there has been quite a bit of interest this week, but no deposits on them, so let us know if you'd like one.
They are all super sweet and love to play. They get lots of time every day playing in our backyard and living room with each other and with our kids. We take them out to the grass regularly, and they are rapidly getting better at potty training. Their coats are getting curlier, but at different rates.
The girl are the far left is the diva! She is such a princess. She loves to look at herself in the mirror and will sit pretty and watch while the other puppies run amuck. She is very sweet and loves to sit in laps.
The other girl who is available is the second from the right. She has a very calm, gentle and confident personality. She is already so gentle with our baby (as you can see in the video below). She gives very good kisses. She already seems like she will be the epitome of doodle personality: while fun and playful also loving, calm and knows when to be gentle.

If you're interested in one of the remaining two sweet girls, let us know soon! Here's info on the cost and the process of getting one of these puppies.
Click here to see pictures of this litter at one day old, and here to see the last update with individual photos of each puppy from a couple of weeks ago. We'll try to get updated individual shots of them sometime soon.
Here's an update on Indy's first litter at 6-7 months old so you can get an idea of their temperament and what they might look like a few months down the road.

DoodlesbyRosie was started in 2009 to spread the word about (Golden Retriever) Rosie's standard Goldendoodle puppies. Rosie had two litters of 20 total puppies, and then retired to a life of frisbee chasing and lounging.
Now Indy (Rosie's "niece" and Molly's daughter), a red/apricot mini-Goldendoodle from Kentucky had her fourth litter of puppies that were born May 23rd, 2018. Indy lives with Cason & Colleen (and their four kids) near Lexington, Kentucky. There are 2 girls (1 apricot, 1 black) and 5 boys (2 apricot, 3 black) that will be available in mid-July 2018.
This is Rosie, the matriarch and namesake of this blog. She's now retired from having puppies, but her niece and cousin are carrying on the puppy tradition.
